At Blooma, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached.

  • The item must be free from stains, odors, or damage.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong size, wrong product, or a defective item, Blooma will gladly exchange it, subject to product availability.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Blooma.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
